Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or obligation to provide services at any specific price or on any specific terms.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the MERCOVI name and brand, software, and design elements, is the property of Mercovi and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Mercovi and MERCOVI names, logos, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Mercovi. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
