Client portal · for commercial and industrial generators

Request the pickup. Characterize the waste. Without the phone call.

The profile starts with the person who knows the material. If your waste vendor runs on Mercovi, you get a login — to ask for service, to characterize what you generate, and to see every manifest and invoice that followed.

Request service yourself

Naming the site and the streams. It arrives at your vendor as a record, not a voicemail.

Fill in the material profile

For each stream — identity, composition, physical properties, regulatory status. The characterization starts with the person who knows the material.

Your submission comes back priced

You see the quote, its lines, its fixed charges, and how long it stands.

Every manifest, with its tracking number

From every pickup.

Your invoices and their line items

Payable there.

The request, and the profile it starts.

Name the site, the streams and when you need it. A stream with a profile on file goes straight to pricing; a new one starts its material profile here, with your knowledge of the material, and your vendor can't price it until it's complete — which the screen says in words.

Request a pickup
Name the site and the streams. Your vendor receives this as a quote to price.
Submit request
A commercial generator requesting service in the portal: the site, the streams, and a material profile started by the person who knows the material. It arrives at the vendor as a quote to be priced. From the Mercovi demo workspace. Names are fictional.

The one thing to do

Ask your waste vendor whether they run on Mercovi.

The line to repeat, word for word:

“Can we get a portal login so we can submit our own profiles?”

Asked before the demo.

How does a generator request a hazardous waste pickup through the portal?

Log in, name the site and the streams, and say when you need it. The request arrives at your vendor as a quote to be priced. If a stream has no material profile yet, you fill it in — identity, composition, physical properties, regulatory status — before it can be priced.

What is a material profile, and why do I fill it in?

A material profile data sheet (MPDS) characterizes a waste stream so the designated facility can approve it. The person who generates the material knows it best, so the characterization starts on your side. It prints as the document you sign and the facility files.

What do I see after the pickup?

Every manifest from every pickup with its tracking number, searchable rather than filed; and every invoice with the line items behind it — each stream on the basis it bills on, fixed charges named — payable in the portal. The number on the invoice is the number on the contractor's report.
