From the contract to the bill, without retyping it.
Set the site up once. Every event there starts from it, and closing the event writes the invoice.
The post-op gets retyped into the bill, by hand, a week later.
Prepare
Set the site up once. Its supplies, equipment and manifest templates copy into every event you run there, and the copy is that event's own.
Prepare prints the dispatch sheet and the load order, and has a tablet mode with bigger rows for the warehouse. The load list it prints is what Close checks supplies against.
The manifests on the record are the site's templates, made real and numbered when the job ships.
Staff
Qualifications expire on their own.
Every crew member's certifications carry a live status — current, expiring, expired, missing — derived from the real expiry date rather than from someone remembering, so the expired one surfaces before the morning of the event rather than on it.
Candidates are ranked by distance. Invitations go out and come back accepted, declined or no-show.

Run
The task board puts crew on stations. The manifest form is computed, not chosen.
Waste codes decide the form: any RCRA code on a waste makes it a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest. Continuation sheets, transporter registrations and the e-Manifest status and tracking number are part of the record, not a separate errand.
The crew Staff confirmed is who Run shows on the task board.
Closing the job writes the bill.
Containers by type, pounds, supplies used against what was loaded, and the three signatures — generator, transporter, and the facility on receipt.
The counts lock and the draft invoice is priced from that client's own table — some streams by the container, some by the pound. The report the client reads later counts each stream on the same basis, so it cannot disagree with the invoice.

Chemsweep clients get mobilization priced from car-count bands and drawn against their annual allotment. PaintCare is stated separately on the bill. How billing works
The manifest, the crew and the bill describe the same day because they come from the same record.
Your wastes, containers, facilities, management methods, billing methods and limits are yours to edit. No developer ticket to add a facility.
Asked by event contractors.
What does HHW collection event software need to do?
Run the whole event from the contract to the issued bill: hold the site's supplies, equipment and manifest templates; staff it with people whose qualifications are current; print the dispatch sheet and the load order; put crew on stations; and close it with locked counts that price the bill. Mercovi does each of these on one job record.
How is the manifest form chosen for an event?
It isn't chosen — it is computed. Any RCRA code on a waste makes it a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest; otherwise it is a non-hazardous shipping manifest. Continuation sheets are added when the lines run over, and one manifest is created per designated facility.
How do crew qualifications work?
Each person carries capabilities and qualifications. A qualification's status is derived from its expiry date, so it shows as current, expiring, expired or missing without anyone updating it. The staffing screen shows that status beside every candidate.
What happens at the close-out?
Closing records containers by type and pounds per manifest, supplies used against what was loaded, cars served and crew present. The counts lock and a draft bill is created from them, priced waste by waste from the client's own table. PaintCare is stated separately.
