Pricing

How Mercovi is priced.

Mercovi is priced as a subscription per contractor organization, scaled to the work you run and the modules you turn on. There is no per-user fee, and the clients you give portal logins to are not charged. We quote it at the demo.

What the price is based on.

Per organization.

One subscription for your company, however many offices, crews and administrators work in it. The price follows the operation, not the headcount.

No per-user fee.

Add every technician, driver, chemist and office user who needs a login. Nobody is counted, so nobody shares a password to save a seat.

The modules you turn on.

HHW events, commercial and industrial service, lab pack, the facility, the client portal and the broker module are turned on per organization. You pay for the lines you run.

Asked about pricing.

How is Mercovi priced?

Mercovi is priced as a subscription per contractor organization, scaled to the work you run and the modules you turn on. There is no per-user fee, and the clients you give portal logins to are not charged. We quote it at the demo. Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set in the Order Form under the master services agreement.

Is there a per-user or per-seat charge?

No. The subscription is per contractor organization, and you add as many users as the work needs: office staff, technicians, drivers and chemists alike. Roles, not seats, decide what each user can do; the configuration and crew pages show how users and qualifications are managed.

Do our clients pay for portal logins?

No. The programs, generators and laboratories you give access to the client portal use it at no charge to them and at no extra charge to you. They see their own events, manifests and invoices, and can pay a bill through the portal; that payment is between you and your client.

Is there a published price list?

No. The fee depends on the lines you run and the modules you turn on, so Mercovi quotes it at the demo once it has seen what you run. There are no tiers with prices attached, and fees follow the subscription scope you buy, not usage, as the master services agreement states.

How is it billed, and what if we cancel?

Subscriptions are invoiced in advance at the frequency in the Order Form, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date. Renewal, cancellation, prorated refunds and billing disputes are set out in the refund and cancellation policy and the master services agreement.
