How it works › Reports
Counted on the basis the client is billed on.
A report and an invoice describing the same work cannot disagree, because the report counts each stream the way that client is actually charged for it.
Any period, any scope.
One client or all, one site or all, over any period: jobs run, manifests created, cars served, pounds collected, pieces by container, pounds by waste, the waste mix month by month.
Same basis as the bill.
A stream billed by the piece is reported by the piece; one billed by the pound, by the pound. What the client reads matches what the client was charged.
Export and print.
CSV for the spreadsheet. The client's copy prints as a document, and the client can pull the same figures from the portal.
For the council or the state.
A program's year-end numbers come out of the record rather than being assembled from PDFs.
A client report for the year to date.
Events run, cars served, pounds collected, and waste by stream on the basis the client is billed on.
| Waste | Billed on | Pieces |
|---|---|---|
| Flammable liquids | per container | 6 |

Asked before the demo.
What does a client report contain?
Jobs run, manifests created, cars served, pounds collected, pieces by container and pounds by waste over the period, with the waste mix month by month. Each stream is counted on the basis that client is billed on.
Can the client get the report without asking?
Yes. The same figures are in the client portal: every job, every pound by waste stream on the basis the client is billed on, every manifest with its tracking number, and every invoice. The year exports as a report or a spreadsheet, so a program's figures for the council or the state come out of the record rather than from a request.
Billing
One number, one source. The bill is priced from the client's own table, the report counts on the same basis, and the portal shows the client the same figure.
