Integrations

Keep the systems you already run. Mercovi connects to them.

Your accounting, payment processor, truck tracker and inventory stay where they are. We connect the ones you run while we set you up.

Some tools open their API only on certain plans or add-ons; we check yours before onboarding starts. Product and company names belong to their owners. Listing a tool describes a connection Mercovi sets up for you; it does not mean a partnership with, or an endorsement by, its maker.

Connected while we set you up.

Connecting your tools is part of onboarding, not a project you run yourself.

Step 1

Tell us what you run.

During onboarding we list the tools you use for books, payments, trucks, supplies and crew, and which plan of each you're on.

Step 2

Approve access in your account.

You create a key or a login in your own account, or click Connect and approve. Nothing changes in the tool itself.

Step 3

We check the data arrives.

Before you go live, we check that what arrives in Mercovi matches what your own tool shows.

Keys and logins are entered only inside Mercovi, never sent by email or text, and we won't ask for them any other way. They are stored encrypted and kept separate for each customer. How we protect them

Asked about integrations.

Do I pay extra for integrations?

There's no separate integration charge. Connecting the tools you run is part of onboarding, which the one-time implementation fee covers, and your monthly fee stays fixed for the term. Some tools only open their API on certain plans or add-ons; that cost is between you and that vendor. How Mercovi is priced

You do. You create the key or approve access in your own account, and you can revoke it there at any time. Keys and logins are entered only inside Mercovi, never sent by email or text, and stored encrypted and separate for each customer. How we protect them

Tell us during onboarding. If it has an API we can reach with access you approve, we connect it then, the same way as the tools on this page. If it needs an agreement with its maker first, or work beyond onboarding, we say so on your quote before anything starts.

No. Your books stay in QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, your payments stay with your processor, and your trucks stay on your tracker. Mercovi runs the jobs: the walkthrough, the manifest, the crew, the bill. The connections carry what those jobs produce to the systems you already keep.

No. Mercovi has no device and no tracker of its own. It reads the vehicle list, location, odometer and inspection results from the tracker or inspection app you already pay for, read-only, as far as that tool shares them. It never writes to your tracker or changes its settings.

Not yet. Mercovi is preparing for its first customers; it has no customers in production yet. Every tool here is set up during onboarding, and a tool is marked live only once a customer is running on it. e-Manifest status, submission method and tracking number are carried on each manifest's record.

Using something else?

If it has an API, we connect it during onboarding. Tell us what it is when we talk.
